We ask that you, as the artist, do not submit any artwork copied from published photographs, magazines, illustrations or the artwork of others (see originality policy in menu bar at the top of the site).
I attest that this is my original artwork and I release photographic rights to the Ohio Governor's Youth Art Exhibition. This includes the right of the Exhibition to post my artwork in print and digital formats. I also understand that I must assume the full responsibility for insuring my artwork; the Exhibition cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged artworks. I also understand that if my artwork is selected for the State Exhibition, my contact information will be shared with the sponsoring art schools and universities so they may contact me with scholarship information. I also acknowledge, that if I am under 18 years of age, I have discussed these terms with my parents and have their permission to enter my artwork.
